I’m giving this 3.5 stars. I usually give all 5 stars and we do really love the community. The only thing that’s taking away the 1.5 stars is the weed smell that surrounds our apartment. We have brought it forward to the leasing office on multiple occasions and it seems nothing has been done - which I do understand that there is only so much that can be done, however, this smell gets inside our front entry way and our closet. It hasn’t been as bad recently but it’s still around enough to where our pets are having asthma attacks from the strong smell. Other than that one neighbor, we love this place.

I haven't seen any unhappy people.they sure do like the pools and the gyms.alot of different dogs are here .the people are just doing there own thing.All in all it's been a good experience so far for me .The people upstairs are a little load though

I love it here so far! I’ve been here about a month now. The units are spacious and open, and I LOVE the walk in closets in both bedrooms! Management is a breeze to work with, and they got me approved so fast, even with poor credit. Just looking forward to having both pools open, though, my only “complaint “ is that one or the other has been closed since my move in day, so it can get a bit crowded. But I’m grateful we have 2, at least if one goes down, we have a backup, haha!

Since I’ve moved in, I’ve been the happiest I’ve ever been. I love my one bedroom, I love the high ceilings, & love the amenities, (the dog washing spa is a nice touch!) I have convinced 2 people to move here so far because it’s truly that amazing. You will NOT regret it!

There are a lot of changes to policies, and I wish that we had rules that everyone knew, reviewed, and agreed to. Those rules need to consider the needs of the residents. I don't feel like my opinion matters, and we are being taken advantage of. For example, we pay for Park M, but parking is a problem. We should have assigned parking for residents and designated guest parking. It's wrong to have Klaus Towing managing our lot when they are intentionally ripping off people (Check the reviews). They have a horrible BBB rating, and I don't trust them in our parking lot at night. I reported my thoughts to the manager, and I was ignored. Finally, we should have some security officers. I have had people steal packages and I've had people break into my car. It seems silly that I have no one to call with an issue when the office is closed. As a resident, I don't care about donuts or food trucks, I want to feel safe and that the people who work in my apartment complex are there to help me.

This place is great and amenities as well. Some of the application process is too over extensive and a bit difficult if you have a service animal. That process was terrible. I also hear that peoples cars get broken into a lot and things get stolen quite frequently from here.

Honestly if I could put zero stars I would. To be honest I am not sure why I decided to move here. Everyone at the front desk except for garret is extremely rude, demeaning, and laughs at everything you say. It is extremely unprofessional and not the vibe to give off when you are trying to get people to move in here. If I would have spoken with anyone other than Garett I definitely would have found somewhere else to live. When I got the keys a few days ago, I looked at it and cleaned, and I'm glad I did. I spent over three hours doing the cleaning a company should have done before the move in. It looked like cleaning done by the previous tenants. There was (and still is in high areas since I can't reach those) heavy caked dust everywhere; on the ledge in the shower, in the closet by the door, in the closet in my room, everywhere. Not to mention the dirt on the floors in the living room. By far the dirtiest place I have ever moved in. Do better.

There's supposed to be a security car (that we pay for) that patrols in the evening to avoid instances like that. Also, there seems to be a bit of an issue with missing packages. Not entirely sure if that's other residents not properly defining their address, delivery persons error, or possible package theft.

Love the apartment and most my neighbors. The reason for the 4 star instead of the 5 is because some of the neighbors are inconsiderate with their dogs barking on the balcony and not picking up after them when they use the bathroom. I think in time, the issue will be resolved. The management is amazing! If I have an issue and they take care of it in a timely manner, which is so much appreciated. I love that target is literally a minute away and there is a lot of shopping within a 5 minute drive. There are lots of trails relatively close. It is a beautiful neighborhood. I would happily live here for a few years!

Comfortable living area. No noise issues. Except for recently. Sometime neighbor or two will be slaming a door, drawer, or loudly talking around midnight to early morning time. Other than that, great apartment and living experience.

I love this community! It has such a beautiful view and everyone is so friendly. The units are beautiful too! I love to walk my dog here in the morning and feel safe. The pool and food trucks that visit are a great addition as well!

We’ve been very please with our experience in the first 6 months of living here. The property is well kept, and we haven’t had any issues. The only thing I wish we could change is the availability of parking In phase 1. It seems like there aren’t enough parking spaces for the amount of cars that are being kept.

The staff members are all top notch, whoever is doing the hiring deserves a bonus. I love how much care the pools and property have as it shows Vue 21 cares about their presentation. However, I didn't give 5 stars as safety is not a big concern in the complex. There should be security cameras watching all the parking lots at a minimum, I also know that having an in house security officer that can respond to events as needed would be extremely beneficial as the area is getting worse and crime is up. Maybe then we wouldn't have had our light bar stolen off of our vehicle parked in front of our garage.

So far living her has been great. Super clean neighborhood, friendly community, and quiet. Maintenance has been helpful I would recommend having them call in advance before showing up just because we aren’t always home and then our maintenance request just gets closed. Never had issues with appliances and the office is helpful with answering questions and respond quickly. I wish there was an outdoor area for the dogs to run around in and meet other neighbors pups, but other than that the amenities are just enough and I would recommend living here.

I love the beautiful community here at Vue 21 and my apartment amenities. I wish the phase 1 pool would be heated to a comfortable temperature like the first summer it opened, not 68 degrees. I've already asked multiple times but the answer has been no, which is frustrating.

Rented here from when I used to live in the Springs. We are returning for good and decided to rent here again due to the fact of the safe location, there will be snow for the little one and the perros, and it will give us time to find our forever home. Downside, there is a Target in walking distance and that can be bad. If you're looking for a good place to live that's safe and has a Target in walking distance, then this is your place!

Even though we only have a few more months left in CO, we are so happy we found an amazing apartment to live in the last year and a half. One of my favorite features, aside from the apartment itself, is being able to walk out every day and have the perfect view of the mountains. We always get compliments from friends/family that fly out to see us on how nice and modern our apartment interior is. Maintenance has always been super fast and helpful ever since we moved in, which is appreciated. We will be sad to leave here but it’s definitely a beautiful location to live!

Everything was smooth and simple. The only thing that made this 4 starts instead of 5 was the automated system that told me the unit I applied for was unavailable. Stressed me out for a few hours! (lol) The web site was in fact correct though, and everything was smooth and simple once Taylor clarified that everything was OK. The web site was easy to navigate and looks good. I wish there was a slightly better format for organizing the photos in the gallery from unit to unit though. A little difficult to tell where one unit ends and the next begins. Overall great start up experience.

Absolutely great place to live. Staff is the best thing by far, from maintenance to the front office everyone is very professional and so helpful. My only complaint is some of the asphalt in phase 1 to the north of phase 1 mail is really getting bad. But aside from that the place is amazing.

I have asked multiple times about making the phase 1 pool temperature warmer like last summer when it opened. The temperature was so comfortable last year that you could get right in even on a cloudy cooler day. I don't know what else to do but write a poor google review about this situation. The pool is advertised as a resort style pool and that would mean comfortable and warm with working electrical so it's lit up at night for swimming and with functioning jets in the hot tub like the phase 2 pool. Our rent was raised, and the least you can do is have a warm pool to enjoy all year round like I was told when I moved in here last year. If this amenity issue was resolved in a timely manner, I would have no complaints.

We just moved in and had some issues in the apartment from the previous renters. I filed multiple maintenance requests and they all got fixed the next morning within an hour of them being here. The community here is really nice. We love how there are food trucks as well so we don’t have to think of any dinner ideas for that night. We also love the staff and how much they do for their residents. Vue 21 is amazing!

Moved in a couple months ago and have had a wonderful experience. Neighbors are friendly and the amenities are the nicest we’ve seen, really well kept up and if anything is unavailable for maintenance, you get prompt updates from the office via email. The location is also fantastic. We’re a seven minute walk from groceries, workouts and pub trivia. Highly recommend.

I've been living here for a little over 6 months now, and though my experience here has been overwhelmingly positive, there are a few looming pitfalls that should inspire malcontent: I am speaking to the occasional theft, vandalism, erratic payment systems, and general uncleanliness. I won't elaborate on any aforementioned items, however I do wonder if it's convenient for a business to have an arbitrary payment system that may contribute to the incurring of late fees, and if so, could that convenience be allocated to developing surveillance systems to perhaps vanquish or at least detor any scoundrelism? But, I haven't the gall to make such presuppositions. All in all, I love living here: the amenities are well kept and relevant, I like my neighbors, and my friends think I'm cool because of how great the space looks, so thank you for that!

We moved in January 21 and it has been great ever since. I love the weekly food trucks, the pool and gym are a huge plus. It’s so convenient. The Amazon packages right downstairs is my favorite! Any work orders we have put in have been resolved within a timely matter and the staff is great! They made it so easy to get everything in the apartment running and also helping with recommendations for activities and dinner in Colorado. Valeria in particular has been amazing! We will totally be extending our lease here at Vue21 :)

Lovely well kept apartments! We love all the amenities and the views! It’s so close to target and one of my favorite ways to exercise is to walk there for shopping lol.

Just moved here in October 2021 & by far it’s the best Apartment I have lived in since I have lived here in Colorado. It’s beautiful, everyone is friendly and respectful. Maintenance Department is amazing and gets work fixed and done in a timely manner.

This is a fantastic apartment home community! 1st, it's on a great end of town, with extremely convenient access to shopping and dining. 2nd, Vue 21 is super clean, and the apartments are very nice inside. and 3rd, the management staff are very friendly, and they work extraordinarily hard to foster a sense of community among the residents. And finally, if you're looking for a place to live with your dog, this is the spot!!!

I feel very safe in this neighborhood, even when I'm walking my dog at night! It's very clean/ well maintained too. The main office is a lifesaver! I use the printer and get coffee there a lot and everyone is always so nice to me! This is a great place to live!

I really appreciate all of the events that the front office staff sets up. The food trucks and holiday events are all a nice touch. I do wish however that the building hallways and stairs were maintained better. They can get (and stay) really dirty with trash or leaves littering them and stains all over.

I moved into Vue 21 in the beginning of August. It was a smooth process as Rachael did an absolute amazing job working with me. There have been a few issues, but these are responded to in a timely manner. The only problem I’ve had here is the parking but I am willing to set that aside as it’s a wonderful apartment complex in a great location!

The staff is fantastic and have been nothing but helpful to me. The amenities are great and I love the location. However, some of the other residents (and it’s probably very few of them given how many people live in the community) need some lessons in courtesy. Slamming doors, not picking up after their dogs, loud vehicles, and speaking loudly while in the breezeways and on the sidewalks are annoying. Also, this is not a non-smoking community, which makes leaving windows open in the summer almost impossible.

The maintenance staff is amazing! They are on top of everything and super easy to work with! The front office staff is good as well. The actual community seems to be young kids that get into trouble; fireworks being set off in parking lots, people jumping off of the roof into the pool, and people bringing glass to the pool over and over again. I feel like we pay too much money to be in a frat house.

Honestly the location and area is amazing. There has been some great changes over the months with them managing the more disruptive tenants and taking care of the amenities. I think that the only issues still ongoing would be the lack of staff so many questions or problems take a while to get handled. I had some problems recently and contacted the staff numerous times and never heard back about it from Vue 21. Other than that though things are a lot better.

Since being here for a little over 3 months, our experience has been well. It's a quiet community, we enjoy walking through the neighborhood and having different community events. Parking continues to be a nightmare; very limited parking and some parking spaces are so tight. Currently, this is our biggest complaint. We appreciate the reward app and consistent updates/reminders.

I enjoy living here. The staff is helpful, polite and professional. Maintenance is also polite, professional and quick. The location is great. We have many nice amenities (when they are working). They even have events for our community periodically (breakfast, cookies, dog day, etc). along with inviting food trucks to our community.

Tricia, the manager, has been incredible in responding to my emails and ensuring my concerns are addressed in a timely manner. The office staff are also very helpful! The only 0.5 star off is out of their control, which is some persons in the neighborhood throwing loud parties at night and security patrol typically doesn’t arrive until over an hour after calling.

The apartments are nice and the location is good. The only downside is some of the residents just do not care about others in the area. They smoke cigarettes and fling them over their railings or let their animals potty and do not pick up the poop. Also the amenities are not monitored so younger people are constantly misusing the pool area and the main pool area is still not open and summer is almost over already. Just kind of expensive pricing to live in the area and would expect better accommodation regarding the above mentioned issues.

I have lived here for almost 2 and a half years and I have absolutely loved it! We moved into a 2 bedroom from a 1 bedroom with no problems or hassle. Only reason I give 4 and not 5 stars is the majority of the time I have lived here the pools have been closed due to remodels or broken glass. Rent is higher at places who have amenities but not when you can not use the major one. Otherwise LOVE it here!

Apartment is very nice and staff have all been accommodating and friendly, but the community has very many rude and loud residents. I didn’t expect to pay $2000 a month and still have upstairs neighbors stomping and night and getting into domestic disputes everyday.

First off the complex is beautiful and the sorrow ding areas play a huge role in that. The amenities are convenient we just need to get that swimming pool up and running during the summer. The apartments themselves are in good shape ( at least compared to CA) no everything you need is there (I.e. washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave) . That being said the best thing about the complex is the location, everything you could possibly need is with a 5 mile radius .

We are just finishing year 2 and were lucky enough to get a beautiful Avalon floorplan with a majestic view of Pikes Peak. With that combo of design and view, this was the most attractive apartment in our 40 years of renting. Add a great, efficient office staff and an amazing, lightning-fast, friendly, professional maintenance team, and you know why Vue 21 rocks. Our apartment is so lovely we didn't even miss the Covid-induced year of no amenities like pool, clubhouse and hot tub.

Great place! Best apartment building I have lived in thus far. Parking is easy, building itself is well kept, and the walls are very thick blocking out noise (which can be challenging in smaller spaces).

The staff was so helpful! The apartment i moved into was deep cleaned before my move in, and my apartment is my dream apartment! All the features from white cabinets, white tile, light grey walls everything. Very modern which i love!

I do wish the calls would be answered in the office a bit better. During the process of moving in, it was really a struggle to get in contact with people. Since moving in, the same thing. That however, is my only desire. Everything else has been very wonderful!!!!

We really love the new apartment here at Vue 21. Our apartment quality is commensurate with the amenities, the complex, and the Pikes Peak view! The only experience we have had that tops this place is the people who are the caretakers and office personnel at Vue 21. Thanks for all you do!!!

We have lived in Vue 21 since 2018! The area is outstanding that is probably the most we love about this place. Everything is very conveniently close which makes things easier with us since we are always on the go. If you are looking for a great area and a safe community this is the place we have never had any issues whatsoever. The staff is friendly and maintenance is always on top of it. We will be moving this summer across the country but this place will always be special to us.

Just moved here, great location, wonderful customer service. New building construction issues have and are being addressed quickly. Had some plumbing issues, and maintenance was made aware and have addressed it within 12 hours.

The move in process couldn’t have been any easier. Having driven 900 miles in 14 hours, it was nice to be welcomed in such a positive and welcoming manner. Rachel helped us along the way and was attentive to our questions. There was some miscommunication on a garage but the team was able to get us in what we wanted same day!

Everything has been great. The staff have always been helpful and accommodating whenever I have questions or an issue. The grounds are always kept up and look great. I love how they have had food trucks out here. Especially in the weekends.

The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay her at VUE 21. Staff members are very nice and pay attention to detail. An added extra bonus is that they have “Food Tucks” come throughout the week. What a PLUS!

We have had a great experience so far at Vue 21. We love all the amenities and feels like a very safe community. Rachel and Shannon in the leasing office are always so helpful. We also has a good experience with maintenance staff when our hot water heater needed fixed.

We love our apartment community! All the people around us has been friendly and kind. I love chit chatting with everyone I see and no one seems to be rude. There is so much to do and see around the neighborhood! We have a son, so parks are a must and we found one we love that’s so close to here! We don’t mind the drive to Ft.Carson, since my husband is military. There’s no place I’d rather be, than in Briargate. But to be at Vue21, is even better.

Since moving in Vue21 has been nothing but pleasant and accommodating. My husband and I moved from Houston and from our first point of contact with the apartment up until the day we moved in, they were so helpful and handled everything for us. Just moved in recently. Move in was good but little things in the apartment were broken or not working. Our master bathroom wasn’t getting hot water due to a part being worn out. Not really anyone’s fault. There was a bottom base to a drawer that was falling out due to water damage, but that was fixed in a few days. Seems quiet so far and not to bad in parking where I am at.

I love it here the only downfall is trouble parking. I pay for ParkM parking and a lot of times am forced to park on the street or very far away from my building because there are no open spots.

Pretty decent apartments besides new apartment buildings build right outside of my balcony. Issues with package delivery too cause FedEx and UPS seem to never be able to find the correct buildings.
