We don't need trash butler. I don't whose ideas it was but it's a waste of money. It is utter laziness to need a trash butler. We can simply take a few steps to the dumpster.

Will be a resident soon this coming July but I think we will love living in this community. All staffs are very helpful, the place is very accessible to lots of establishments like stores, restaurants, etc., and I felt the at-home feeling when I saw the available apartment. It's really an amazing experience applying for an apartment here in Vue 21.

I feel the age of the complex is starting to show more and more. One or more of the pools and hot tubs are always out of commission, the parking lot has so many potholes it’s impossible not to hit one. The phase one apartments are very dated and I’ve had two windows in my apartment not latch all the way and I asked for them to be fixed and they weren’t.

Good place to live. Overall pretty lively not super quiet but would be unfair to say it is Loud. Just evident people live here. The office is nice and holds lots of events. Pretty good so far.

After three years at another complex, coming back to Vue 21 felt like a breath of fresh air. This is my second time living here. I originally lived at Vue 21 from 2021–2022 and chose to return this year because I loved it so much the first time. I have to say, it’s even better than I remembered. In just a few months back, my experience here has already been better than all three years combined at my previous place. The leasing office ladies are incredible and genuinely helpful. Jazmyne was phenomenal at keeping me updated and getting me into my home quickly and smoothly. I also had an issue with my water heater over a weekend, and maintenance was checking on it within the hour. That level of responsiveness really matters and makes you feel taken care of. I’m genuinely happy to be back here and would absolutely recommend Vue 21 to anyone looking for a place that feels well-run, cared for, and truly easy to call home.

The walls seem pretty thin. I can often hear our neighbors talking, sometimes word for word. Plus, we can feel the wall shake when people use the stairs.

The apartments and community at Vue21 is amazing and only getting better year after year! I have lived here for several years now and look forward to watching the season's changing from outside on my spacious patio! The neighbors are friendly! The interiors of the apartments are amazing and I look forward to having my free carpet cleaning once a year with the signing of my new lease! There are also events happening all the time for all of the season's and Holiday's!

Me and my little family grew up at vue 21 we learned about paying bills and how to handle the utilitie bill anything we didn’t understand the staff was super nice to get us the answers we needed even if it was a silly question they still got back to us with an answer thank u vue 21 for accepting a couple of south side kids on the north side we once was intimidated by the north side but now we are the north side vue 21 is the place to start if ur looking to spread ur wings and move out the nest 🪹 the community is lgbtq friendly and never once disrespected us as people vue 21 is a core memory for me 💕 I am fond of keeping 🌻 shout out to all my neighbors around my same age that I’m now friends with 😎🤙

I love the safe and quiet community but paying for parking is annoying. It should be included in our rent. It would be nice to have a year round pool. It's kept too cold to even enjoy in the summer. 78 degrees is too cold.

Great staff. Maintenance is always quick to fix any issues. Office staff always create community events. Throughout my time living here I have had only one issue with another tenant not leaching their dogs but the office staff immediately took care of it. I love it here.

We just moved into this apartment and so far love it! It is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The amenities are awesome! Clubhouse with pool and hot tub, lovely seating areas to relax, exercise rooms, even a grill. I think we are going to like it here.

The new management staff is threatening to evict me a single mother of 2 all for some late garage payments and I have explained to them that I received a stage 3 cancer diagnosis and due to circumstances out of my control i work when I can so I will make my garage payment as soon as possible my apartment rent is paid and is always paid but that doesn't make a difference to them

The hot tubs were down ALL summer. The cones were a severe eye sore. I held a birthday party at the work share and was charged $50 extra because a single table had a little frosting on it despite wiping down and cleaning everything else. We had a water outage where our building couldn't use water for almost two days. Though I did appreciate that they provided bottled water. That was a positive.

Hot tubs have been down a week after moving in and its been 4 months now. AC unit has a funny when running it for long periods of time. Love all the food trucks that come. Residents drive away to fast through parking lot. But love my view and rewards and how easy it was to set up payments and the credit boost that you can sign up for.

I love the safe community and location. I wish they did a better job maintaining the pools and actually heated them to 80 degrees so we could use them year round. They keep the pool cold in the summer so unless it's a hot sunny day, the water is too cold.

Everything is Great! 2 things..the hot tub at the main club house. The jets don't work The water is luke warm..The garbage by building 10. The garbage man always puts the bins in wrong..so u can't throw your garbage away..the first 2 bins are overflowing and the back 2 are empty. But u can't get to them! Other than that..everything always great!

Snow removal is a joke, the hot tub is like 85 degrees on a good day. Part of a class action lawsuit for keeping rent high with an algorithm. No security cameras anywhere on site except for the club house and pool areas. Only good thing is it's a quiet area

I haven't moved in yet, but have a move in date. The application process was fairly simple. Only took 1 star off because part of the application had you sign the move-in inspection form prior to actually moving in and inspecting the apartment. I was able to work with the leasing office staff to receive written communication that signing the form as part of the application was in no way saying I was moving into an apartment unit in perfect condition and that I would have the opportunity to submit a new, superceding, form upon moving in to the unit.

Hate it. Have to listen to my neighbors all day and night as the ceiling and walls are so thin. Have to listen to the leasing office blast music all day long for no reason. Not a quiet community at all. Extremely disappointed I signed a lease here.

Awesome place so far. I love that I am near a common grocery store, target, and some fun outlets near by. Neighborhood has been great and from where I previously lived….it is nice not waking up to police sirens or people wanting to fight outside haha. Great place to live! We had a problem with daddy long legs and moths, but that seems to have gone away. Our drier takes multiple runs to dry something. The kitchen drawers are shallow. Otherwise, it’s been a lovely apartment!

I’m giving this 3.5 stars. I usually give all 5 stars and we do really love the community. The only thing that’s taking away the 1.5 stars is the weed smell that surrounds our apartment. We have brought it forward to the leasing office on multiple occasions and it seems nothing has been done - which I do understand that there is only so much that can be done, however, this smell gets inside our front entry way and our closet. It hasn’t been as bad recently but it’s still around enough to where our pets are having asthma attacks from the strong smell. Other than that one neighbor, we love this place.

I love it here so far! I’ve been here about a month now. The units are spacious and open, and I LOVE the walk in closets in both bedrooms! Management is a breeze to work with, and they got me approved so fast, even with poor credit. Just looking forward to having both pools open, though, my only “complaint “ is that one or the other has been closed since my move in day, so it can get a bit crowded. But I’m grateful we have 2, at least if one goes down, we have a backup, haha!

Since I’ve moved in, I’ve been the happiest I’ve ever been. I love my one bedroom, I love the high ceilings, & love the amenities, (the dog washing spa is a nice touch!) I have convinced 2 people to move here so far because it’s truly that amazing. You will NOT regret it!

There are a lot of changes to policies, and I wish that we had rules that everyone knew, reviewed, and agreed to. Those rules need to consider the needs of the residents. I don't feel like my opinion matters, and we are being taken advantage of. For example, we pay for Park M, but parking is a problem. We should have assigned parking for residents and designated guest parking. It's wrong to have Klaus Towing managing our lot when they are intentionally ripping off people (Check the reviews). They have a horrible BBB rating, and I don't trust them in our parking lot at night. I reported my thoughts to the manager, and I was ignored. Finally, we should have some security officers. I have had people steal packages and I've had people break into my car. It seems silly that I have no one to call with an issue when the office is closed. As a resident, I don't care about donuts or food trucks, I want to feel safe and that the people who work in my apartment complex are there to help me.

This place is great and amenities as well. Some of the application process is too over extensive and a bit difficult if you have a service animal. That process was terrible. I also hear that peoples cars get broken into a lot and things get stolen quite frequently from here.

Honestly if I could put zero stars I would. To be honest I am not sure why I decided to move here. Everyone at the front desk except for garret is extremely rude, demeaning, and laughs at everything you say. It is extremely unprofessional and not the vibe to give off when you are trying to get people to move in here. If I would have spoken with anyone other than Garett I definitely would have found somewhere else to live. When I got the keys a few days ago, I looked at it and cleaned, and I'm glad I did. I spent over three hours doing the cleaning a company should have done before the move in. It looked like cleaning done by the previous tenants. There was (and still is in high areas since I can't reach those) heavy caked dust everywhere; on the ledge in the shower, in the closet by the door, in the closet in my room, everywhere. Not to mention the dirt on the floors in the living room. By far the dirtiest place I have ever moved in. Do better.

I love everything about this apartment complex and its staff. Very neat, clean quiet maintenances on top of everything. The staff at the front desk are extremely kind. Sometimes I would forget that I have packages and the staff will set it aside for me and my wife to retrieve. Also the apartment complex looks beautiful. As soon as you enter every building looks phenomenal the landscaping is amazing and the Jacuzzis and pools are amazing as well.

The amenities are always closed, all of our appliances break, and the extra charges every month make rent outrageous. Our cars have also been broken into multiple times in the parking lot. Probably wouldn’t recommend.

We like this place. We hope that the price will not increase. Our neighbors are quiet, and we are very happy about it. In summer, the pool was clean enough. We love hot baths, especially in winter. I would like the roads to be cleared of ice, sometimes it looks dangerous.

Apartment is great. The staff is great. Only been here a month though and already heard of 2 evenings where multiple cars got broken into. There's supposed to be a security car (that we pay for) that patrols in the evening to avoid instances like that. Also, there seems to be a bit of an issue with missing packages. Not entirely sure if that's other residents not properly defining their address, delivery persons error, or possible package theft.

Love the apartment and most my neighbors. The reason for the 4 star instead of the 5 is because some of the neighbors are inconsiderate with their dogs barking on the balcony and not picking up after them when they use the bathroom. I think in time, the issue will be resolved. The management is amazing! If I have an issue and they take care of it in a timely manner, which is so much appreciated. I love that target is literally a minute away and there is a lot of shopping within a 5 minute drive. There are lots of trails relatively close. It is a beautiful neighborhood. I would happily live here for a few years!

We’ve been very please with our experience in the first 6 months of living here. The property is well kept, and we haven’t had any issues. The only thing I wish we could change is the availability of parking In phase 1. It seems like there aren’t enough parking spaces for the amount of cars that are being kept.

The staff members are all top notch, whoever is doing the hiring deserves a bonus. I love how much care the pools and property have as it shows Vue 21 cares about their presentation. However, I didn't give 5 stars as safety is not a big concern in the complex. There should be security cameras watching all the parking lots at a minimum, I also know that having an in house security officer that can respond to events as needed would be extremely beneficial as the area is getting worse and crime is up. Maybe then we wouldn't have had our light bar stolen off of our vehicle parked in front of our garage.

So far living her has been great. Super clean neighborhood, friendly community, and quiet. Maintenance has been helpful I would recommend having them call in advance before showing up just because we aren’t always home and then our maintenance request just gets closed. Never had issues with appliances and the office is helpful with answering questions and respond quickly. I wish there was an outdoor area for the dogs to run around in and meet other neighbors pups, but other than that the amenities are just enough and I would recommend living here.

I love the beautiful community here at Vue 21 and my apartment amenities. I wish the phase 1 pool would be heated to a comfortable temperature like the first summer it opened, not 68 degrees. I've already asked multiple times but the answer has been no, which is frustrating.

Rented here from when I used to live in the Springs. We are returning for good and decided to rent here again due to the fact of the safe location, there will be snow for the little one and the perros, and it will give us time to find our forever home. Downside, there is a Target in walking distance and that can be bad. If you're looking for a good place to live that's safe and has a Target in walking distance, then this is your place!

Even though we only have a few more months left in CO, we are so happy we found an amazing apartment to live in the last year and a half. One of my favorite features, aside from the apartment itself, is being able to walk out every day and have the perfect view of the mountains. We always get compliments from friends/family that fly out to see us on how nice and modern our apartment interior is. Maintenance has always been super fast and helpful ever since we moved in, which is appreciated. We will be sad to leave here but it’s definitely a beautiful location to live!

Everything was smooth and simple. The only thing that made this 4 starts instead of 5 was the automated system that told me the unit I applied for was unavailable. Stressed me out for a few hours! (lol) The web site was in fact correct though, and everything was smooth and simple once Taylor clarified that everything was OK. The web site was easy to navigate and looks good. I wish there was a slightly better format for organizing the photos in the gallery from unit to unit though. A little difficult to tell where one unit ends and the next begins. Overall great start up experience.

Absolutely great place to live. Staff is the best thing by far, from maintenance to the front office everyone is very professional and so helpful. My only complaint is some of the asphalt in phase 1 to the north of phase 1 mail is really getting bad. But aside from that the place is amazing.

I have asked multiple times about making the phase 1 pool temperature warmer like last summer when it opened. The temperature was so comfortable last year that you could get right in even on a cloudy cooler day. I don't know what else to do but write a poor google review about this situation. The pool is advertised as a resort style pool and that would mean comfortable and warm with working electrical so it's lit up at night for swimming and with functioning jets in the hot tub like the phase 2 pool. Our rent was raised, and the least you can do is have a warm pool to enjoy all year round like I was told when I moved in here last year. If this amenity issue was resolved in a timely manner, I would have no complaints.
