I've loved my stay here. I don't have any complaints about Apartment 105 or VUE 21 in general. I love the space I have that you can't easily find in apartments my budget.

Very nice. Never have an issue with noise unless it's during the day since my place is by the pool. Other than that i have no complaints. It's very welcoming and the amenities are great. The fire pit is one of my favorites.

Awesome place so far. I love that I am near a common grocery store, target, and some fun outlets near by. Neighborhood has been great and from where I previously lived….it is nice not waking up to police sirens or people wanting to fight outside haha. The staff here has been great and has made my experience here so much more better!

I love my apartment and do not want to move. If only this was a non smoking community because my neighbor below is a chain smoker so I can not have my balcony door open to enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather.

The community seems to be very friendly and I can tell it isn’t just a place of living it actually is a community. The only struggle is parking, i wish each unit had assigned parking relative to the location of the unit.

Great place to live! We had a problem with daddy long legs and moths, but that seems to have gone away. Our drier takes multiple runs to dry something. The kitchen drawers are shallow. Otherwise, it’s been a lovely apartment!

We’ve lived at Vue 21 for several years and love it. The noise level is good. The staff is awesome and the maintenance always is quick. I highly recommend getting a garage!

Not enough pros to live here. Noise levels are high. You are able to hear way too much of neighbors lives. Parking is tight. Sometimes it just feels like the community has us just packed in like sardines

I’m giving this 3.5 stars. I usually give all 5 stars and we do really love the community. The only thing that’s taking away the 1.5 stars is the weed smell that surrounds our apartment. We have brought it forward to the leasing office on multiple occasions and it seems nothing has been done - which I do understand that there is only so much that can be done, however, this smell gets inside our front entry way and our closet. It hasn’t been as bad recently but it’s still around enough to where our pets are having asthma attacks from the strong smell. Other than that one neighbor, we love this place.

Well I haven't gotten out much .but it. Seems to be a nice set up. I haven't seen any unhappy people.they sure do like the pools and the gyms.alot of different dogs are here .the people are just doing there own thing.All in all it's been a good experience so far for me .The people upstairs are a little load though

I love it here so far! I’ve been here about a month now. The units are spacious and open, and I LOVE the walk in closets in both bedrooms! Management is a breeze to work with, and they got me approved so fast, even with poor credit. Just looking forward to having both pools open, though, my only “complaint “ is that one or the other has been closed since my move in day, so it can get a bit crowded. But I’m grateful we have 2, at least if one goes down, we have a backup, haha!

Since I’ve moved in, I’ve been the happiest I’ve ever been. I love my one bedroom, I love the high ceilings, & love the amenities, (the dog washing spa is a nice touch!) I have convinced 2 people to move here so far because it’s truly that amazing. You will NOT regret it!

The community is gorgeous! So many amenities and extremely nice people. Our apartment is in a great location and very quiet. Our dog loves all the new adventures we get to take daily because all the trails around here and I love how animals are welcome. I love how beautiful the apartments are and how clean and new everything looked when we moved it. Just feels like home.

I’ve been living here for 6 months now. The area is really nice, grocery shopping is within walking distance with several restaurants that are great to choose from. The complex and amenities are always very clean and well maintained. The leasing office staff are always very nice and helpful!

I love the layout of the apartment! I just wish there were better insulation between apartments for noise control! Also, I wish the washer/dryer were full size and better quality! The people who walk their animals should be better about picking up their poop!!

There are a lot of changes to policies, and I wish that we had rules that everyone knew, reviewed, and agreed to. Those rules need to consider the needs of the residents. I don't feel like my opinion matters, and we are being taken advantage of. For example, we pay for Park M, but parking is a problem. We should have assigned parking for residents and designated guest parking. It's wrong to have Klaus Towing managing our lot when they are intentionally ripping off people (Check the reviews). They have a horrible BBB rating, and I don't trust them in our parking lot at night. I reported my thoughts to the manager, and I was ignored. Finally, we should have some security officers. I have had people steal packages and I've had people break into my car. It seems silly that I have no one to call with an issue when the office is closed. As a resident, I don't care about donuts or food trucks, I want to feel safe and that the people who work in my apartment complex are there to help me.

This place is great and amenities as well. Some of the application process is too over extensive and a bit difficult if you have a service animal. That process was terrible. I also hear that peoples cars get broken into a lot and things get stolen quite frequently from here.

I just moved in but having a great experience so far. Everyone in the leasing office that I encountered were very nice and welcoming. Shout out Ashley! Trevor from maintenance, who worked on a few things in my apartment was extremely professional and so helpful with any issue i had. I haven't had the chance to experience the amenities yet but everything looks absolutely amazing!

Honestly if I could put zero stars I would. To be honest I am not sure why I decided to move here. Everyone at the front desk except for garret is extremely rude, demeaning, and laughs at everything you say. It is extremely unprofessional and not the vibe to give off when you are trying to get people to move in here. If I would have spoken with anyone other than Garett I definitely would have found somewhere else to live. When I got the keys a few days ago, I looked at it and cleaned, and I'm glad I did. I spent over three hours doing the cleaning a company should have done before the move in. It looked like cleaning done by the previous tenants. There was (and still is in high areas since I can't reach those) heavy caked dust everywhere; on the ledge in the shower, in the closet by the door, in the closet in my room, everywhere. Not to mention the dirt on the floors in the living room. By far the dirtiest place I have ever moved in. Do better.

Love living here, been here for almost 2 years now. Would be a 5 star appartment if the price wasn't so expensive to live here and if the appartments matched the price. Horrible electrical that burns out bulbs in a month or so and basic things like towel racks that are broken and won't be fixed by maintenance. that's the only thing that makes me question living ellswhere.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment is okay…the parking is terrible. There is little space around to take your dog out. The dog wash station is nice to have and convenient for use. Overall I’d say it’s a 7 out of 10.

So far so good. Apartments are comfortable. Keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The neighborhood seems to be really nice. Neighbors are very nice has nice amenities and a very good pool area. The gym is as good as any planet fitness and I even canceled my gym membership because the gyms were so good.

I love everything about this apartment complex and its staff. Very neat, clean quiet maintenances on top of everything. The staff at the front desk are extremely kind. Sometimes I would forget that I have packages and the staff will set it aside for me and my wife to retrieve. Also the apartment complex looks beautiful. As soon as you enter every building looks phenomenal the landscaping is amazing and the Jacuzzis and pools are amazing as well.

The amenities are always closed, all of our appliances break, and the extra charges every month make rent outrageous. Our cars have also been broken into multiple times in the parking lot. Probably wouldn’t recommend.

We like this place. We hope that the price will not increase. Our neighbors are quiet, and we are very happy about it. In summer, the pool was clean enough. We love hot baths, especially in winter. I would like the roads to be cleared of ice, sometimes it looks dangerous.

Apartment is great. The staff is great. Only been here a month though and already heard of 2 evenings where multiple cars got broken into. There's supposed to be a security car (that we pay for) that patrols in the evening to avoid instances like that. Also, there seems to be a bit of an issue with missing packages. Not entirely sure if that's other residents not properly defining their address, delivery persons error, or possible package theft.

Love the apartment and most my neighbors. The reason for the 4 star instead of the 5 is because some of the neighbors are inconsiderate with their dogs barking on the balcony and not picking up after them when they use the bathroom. I think in time, the issue will be resolved. The management is amazing! If I have an issue and they take care of it in a timely manner, which is so much appreciated. I love that target is literally a minute away and there is a lot of shopping within a 5 minute drive. There are lots of trails relatively close. It is a beautiful neighborhood. I would happily live here for a few years!

The staff members are all top notch, whoever is doing the hiring deserves a bonus. I love how much care the pools and property have as it shows Vue 21 cares about their presentation. However, I didn't give 5 stars as safety is not a big concern in the complex. There should be security cameras watching all the parking lots at a minimum, I also know that having an in house security officer that can respond to events as needed would be extremely beneficial as the area is getting worse and crime is up. Maybe then we wouldn't have had our light bar stolen off of our vehicle parked in front of our garage.

So far living her has been great. Super clean neighborhood, friendly community, and quiet. Maintenance has been helpful I would recommend having them call in advance before showing up just because we aren’t always home and then our maintenance request just gets closed. Never had issues with appliances and the office is helpful with answering questions and respond quickly. I wish there was an outdoor area for the dogs to run around in and meet other neighbors pups, but other than that the amenities are just enough and I would recommend living here.

We are returning for good and decided to rent here again due to the fact of the safe location, there will be snow for the little one and the perros, and it will give us time to find our forever home. Even though we only have a few more months left in CO, we are so happy we found an amazing apartment to live in the last year and a half. One of my favorite features, aside from the apartment itself, is being able to walk out every day and have the perfect view of the mountains. We always get compliments from friends/family that fly out to see us on how nice and modern our apartment interior is. Maintenance has always been super fast and helpful ever since we moved in, which is appreciated. We will be sad to leave here but it’s definitely a beautiful location to live!

I wish there was a slightly better format for organizing the photos in the gallery from unit to unit though. A little difficult to tell where one unit ends and the next begins. This place is awesome. The staff are super nice. I’m hoping to make a few friends here with the people who have motorcycles as well. The apartments are super affordable and a good price for the space.

Absolutely great place to live. Staff is the best thing by far, from maintenance to the front office everyone is very professional and so helpful. My only complaint is some of the asphalt in phase 1 to the north of phase 1 mail is really getting bad. But aside from that the place is amazing.

I have asked multiple times about making the phase 1 pool temperature warmer like last summer when it opened. The temperature was so comfortable last year that you could get right in even on a cloudy cooler day. I don't know what else to do but write a poor google review about this situation. The pool is advertised as a resort style pool and that would mean comfortable and warm with working electrical so it's lit up at night for swimming and with functioning jets in the hot tub like the phase 2 pool. Our rent was raised, and the least you can do is have a warm pool to enjoy all year round like I was told when I moved in here last year. If this amenity issue was resolved in a timely manner, I would have no complaints.

We just moved in and had some issues in the apartment from the previous renters. I filed multiple maintenance requests and they all got fixed the next morning within an hour of them being here. The community here is really nice. We love how there are food trucks as well so we don’t have to think of any dinner ideas for that night. We also love the staff and how much they do for their residents. Vue 21 is amazing!

Moved in a couple months ago and have had a wonderful experience. Neighbors are friendly and the amenities are the nicest we’ve seen, really well kept up and if anything is unavailable for maintenance, you get prompt updates from the office via email. The location is also fantastic. We’re a seven minute walk from groceries, workouts and pub trivia. Highly recommend.

I really enjoy the apartment complex. We have the best maintenance team ever here in this complex, They work diligently at getting work orders done in a timely manner. Everyone that I have met so far as been nothing but kind. The leasing office admin are great to work with. Amenities are amazing. I've been living here for a little over 6 months now, and though my experience here has been overwhelmingly positive, there are a few looming pitfalls that should inspire malcontent: I am speaking to the occasional theft, vandalism, erratic payment systems, and general uncleanliness. I won't elaborate on any aforementioned items, however I do wonder if it's convenient for a business to have an arbitrary payment system that may contribute to the incurring of late fees, and if so, could that convenience be allocated to developing surveillance systems to perhaps vanquish or at least detor any scoundrelism? But, I haven't the gall to make such presuppositions. All in all, I love living here: the amenities are well kept and relevant, I like my neighbors, and my friends think I'm cool because of how great the space looks, so thank you for that!

Love the amenities provided, wish the gyms were a little bigger and had less treadmills for other equipment. Also would be nice if the dog poop rule was enforced better because it seems to get out of hand sometimes. Lastly, with how much we pay a month I think we deserve more freedom with patios.

Been here about 10 days and it’s definitely the best apartment complex I’ve lived at! Especially love the high ceilings and kitchen island. My girl loves the vanity portion of the bathroom counter too.
