We moved in to our new home in an apartment in Vue 21 just recently and we loved it. The leasing process was smooth and the leasing staff were very helpful. The apartment we got has a great layout with high-quality finishes. The community feels so quiet and safe. It is very much accessible as well to different establishment. We are very happy we chose to move here!

I love living here because it's a safe and mostly quiet neighborhood. I've appreciated maintenance responding to issues in a timely manner. The only issue I have is being forced to pay for the trash butler. It's a waste of money and an unnecessary service when I walk out to the parking lot multiple times per day and could easily throw my trash in the dumpster. It's lazy to need this service. I shouldn't being paying for the trash butler AND regular trash. Over $35/ month on trash is ridiculous. The other issue is the cold temperature for the pool. It should be comfortable to walk into the water and supposedly this pool is year round but if you can't use it on a sunny day during the summer than any other time of year it's definitely not usable.

Huge shout out to all the office managers at Vue 21! They have been extremely helpful during the application and move-in process. No matter who was working that day and answered the phone. They were eager to assist to ensure that everything was properly received. The process has been seamless.

The parking police is a bit much. Let alone having to pay for parking where you live. Other than that, the staff is amazing and very helpful and friendly. I've never had an issue addressing anything that may be of concern with the staff. They are very helpful.

Clean property, Very nice amenities, and wonderful staff who are very helpful. Pot holes in the parking lot is my only complain! I would highly recommend this property to friends.

Getting shown comfortable and felt homely vibes neighbors and environment is quite and peaceful my dog loves the neighborhood and is excited to be able to have a porch and see other dogs
