This place is great and amenities as well. Some of the application process is too over extensive and a bit difficult if you have a service animal. That process was terrible. I also hear that peoples cars get broken into a lot and things get stolen quite frequently from here.

The staff is friendly. The maintenance responded right away to the emergency water leak in my kitchen. There is a great coffee machine with yummy coffee too!

I just moved in but having a great experience so far. Everyone in the leasing office that I encountered were very nice and welcoming. Shout out Ashley! Trevor from maintenance, who worked on a few things in my apartment was extremely professional and so helpful with any issue i had. I haven't had the chance to experience the amenities yet but everything looks absolutely amazing!

Honestly if I could put zero stars I would. To be honest I am not sure why I decided to move here. Everyone at the front desk except for garret is extremely rude, demeaning, and laughs at everything you say. It is extremely unprofessional and not the vibe to give off when you are trying to get people to move in here. If I would have spoken with anyone other than Garett I definitely would have found somewhere else to live. When I got the keys a few days ago, I looked at it and cleaned, and I'm glad I did. I spent over three hours doing the cleaning a company should have done before the move in. It looked like cleaning done by the previous tenants. There was (and still is in high areas since I can't reach those) heavy caked dust everywhere; on the ledge in the shower, in the closet by the door, in the closet in my room, everywhere. Not to mention the dirt on the floors in the living room. By far the dirtiest place I have ever moved in. Do better.

We enjoy leaving here. We’ve been here for almost 2 years and even got out of our frost lease to transfer to a bigger apartment a few months early and the process was super simple.

I have absolutely adored living at Vue21. I have never been happier!! I love my unit and the amenities. Specifically the fact that there are 2 gyms, 2 pools/hot tubs. The dog wash station is an amenity I haven't used yet but can't wait to check out! They'e really thought of everything.

Really enjoy living here. Amenities, location, and staff are great! Great views of the range, good access to stores and restaurants. I personally love having two gyms onsite and the places to walk around our neighborhood.

Love my apartment! Great area. Feels safe. Just need to change their policy and make this a non-smoking community. People smoking on balconies ruins your ability to enjoy the nice weather with the windows open. Already know this will not be changing. But that is why I would move.

We have lived here for a few years years and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. The maintenance team has been extremely helpful and always ready to fix what is needed to be fixed even in the middle of a snow storm. This is a good community to live in.

Other than the limited parking this has been an excellent place to live. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They always communicate well when there is planned maintenance on the buildings and shared community spaces.

Love living here, been here for almost 2 years now. Would be a 5 star appartment if the price wasn't so expensive to live here and if the appartments matched the price. Horrible electrical that burns out bulbs in a month or so and basic things like towel racks that are broken and won't be fixed by maintenance. that's the only thing that makes me question living ellswhere.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment is okay…the parking is terrible. There is little space around to take your dog out. The dog wash station is nice to have and convenient for use. Overall I’d say it’s a 7 out of 10.

I would say that the staff is very polite and if there's any maintenance emergencies or any maintenance work that needs to be done in my unit. Then that is taken care of very quickly and swiftly.

So far so good. Apartments are comfortable. Keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The neighborhood seems to be really nice. Neighbors are very nice has nice amenities and a very good pool area. The gym is as good as any planet fitness and I even canceled my gym membership because the gyms were so good.

Great place to rent! The office staff are amazing and my maintenance requests are worked on in a timely manner. I love that they have food trucks come by once In a while and that the office has hot chocolate and coffee.

I love everything about this apartment complex and its staff. Very neat, clean quiet maintenances on top of everything. The staff at the front desk are extremely kind. Sometimes I would forget that I have packages and the staff will set it aside for me and my wife to retrieve. Also the apartment complex looks beautiful. As soon as you enter every building looks phenomenal the landscaping is amazing and the Jacuzzis and pools are amazing as well.

I haven't been here very long, but so far my experience has been great. The leasing staff and people in the office are friendly and professional. The property seems safe compared to others I had looked at prior and the unit has been as expected with no issues.

The amenities are always closed, all of our appliances break, and the extra charges every month make rent outrageous. Our cars have also been broken into multiple times in the parking lot. Probably wouldn’t recommend.

We like this place. We hope that the price will not increase. Our neighbors are quiet, and we are very happy about it. In summer, the pool was clean enough. We love hot baths, especially in winter. I would like the roads to be cleared of ice, sometimes it looks dangerous.

Apartment is great. The staff is great. Only been here a month though and already heard of 2 evenings where multiple cars got broken into. There's supposed to be a security car (that we pay for) that patrols in the evening to avoid instances like that. Also, there seems to be a bit of an issue with missing packages. Not entirely sure if that's other residents not properly defining their address, delivery persons error, or possible package theft.

Vue 21 is a pretty nice complex! I’m a fairly quiet neighborhood and it’s pretty clean. Only reason I’m docking a star is I wish there was more security but overall it’s nice.

Upstairs neighbors are horrible always hearing their domestic violence is not good for my children and the man is using a cellular signal blocker which is causing me to have no service in my home I have to go into the parking lot to use my phone I miss several important calls and text

Love the apartment and most my neighbors. The reason for the 4 star instead of the 5 is because some of the neighbors are inconsiderate with their dogs barking on the balcony and not picking up after them when they use the bathroom. I think in time, the issue will be resolved. The management is amazing! If I have an issue and they take care of it in a timely manner, which is so much appreciated. I love that target is literally a minute away and there is a lot of shopping within a 5 minute drive. There are lots of trails relatively close. It is a beautiful neighborhood. I would happily live here for a few years!

We’ve been very please with our experience in the first 6 months of living here. The property is well kept, and we haven’t had any issues. The only thing I wish we could change is the availability of parking In phase 1. It seems like there aren’t enough parking spaces for the amount of cars that are being kept.

The staff members are all top notch, whoever is doing the hiring deserves a bonus. I love how much care the pools and property have as it shows Vue 21 cares about their presentation. However, I didn't give 5 stars as safety is not a big concern in the complex. There should be security cameras watching all the parking lots at a minimum, I also know that having an in house security officer that can respond to events as needed would be extremely beneficial as the area is getting worse and crime is up. Maybe then we wouldn't have had our light bar stolen off of our vehicle parked in front of our garage.

Everyone’s super nice here in my experience so far. Parking is a little of an issue sometimes but that’s just how it is everywhere you go anyway. The apartments are super nice. They have plenty of space. I have a 1 bed 1 bath and it’s big enough for the two of us.

So far living her has been great. Super clean neighborhood, friendly community, and quiet. Maintenance has been helpful I would recommend having them call in advance before showing up just because we aren’t always home and then our maintenance request just gets closed. Never had issues with appliances and the office is helpful with answering questions and respond quickly. I wish there was an outdoor area for the dogs to run around in and meet other neighbors pups, but other than that the amenities are just enough and I would recommend living here.

I love the beautiful community here at Vue 21 and my apartment amenities. I wish the phase 1 pool would be heated to a comfortable temperature like the first summer it opened, not 68 degrees. I've already asked multiple times but the answer has been no, which is frustrating.

Rented here from when I used to live in the Springs. We are returning for good and decided to rent here again due to the fact of the safe location, there will be snow for the little one and the perros, and it will give us time to find our forever home. Downside, there is a Target in walking distance and that can be bad. If you're looking for a good place to live that's safe and has a Target in walking distance, then this is your place!

Even though we only have a few more months left in CO, we are so happy we found an amazing apartment to live in the last year and a half. One of my favorite features, aside from the apartment itself, is being able to walk out every day and have the perfect view of the mountains. We always get compliments from friends/family that fly out to see us on how nice and modern our apartment interior is. Maintenance has always been super fast and helpful ever since we moved in, which is appreciated. We will be sad to leave here but it’s definitely a beautiful location to live!

Everything was smooth and simple. The only thing that made this 4 starts instead of 5 was the automated system that told me the unit I applied for was unavailable. Stressed me out for a few hours! (lol) The web site was in fact correct though, and everything was smooth and simple once Taylor clarified that everything was OK. The web site was easy to navigate and looks good. I wish there was a slightly better format for organizing the photos in the gallery from unit to unit though. A little difficult to tell where one unit ends and the next begins. Overall great start up experience.

Absolutely great place to live. Staff is the best thing by far, from maintenance to the front office everyone is very professional and so helpful. My only complaint is some of the asphalt in phase 1 to the north of phase 1 mail is really getting bad. But aside from that the place is amazing.

I have asked multiple times about making the phase 1 pool temperature warmer like last summer when it opened. The temperature was so comfortable last year that you could get right in even on a cloudy cooler day. I don't know what else to do but write a poor google review about this situation. The pool is advertised as a resort style pool and that would mean comfortable and warm with working electrical so it's lit up at night for swimming and with functioning jets in the hot tub like the phase 2 pool. Our rent was raised, and the least you can do is have a warm pool to enjoy all year round like I was told when I moved in here last year. If this amenity issue was resolved in a timely manner, I would have no complaints.

We just moved in and had some issues in the apartment from the previous renters. I filed multiple maintenance requests and they all got fixed the next morning within an hour of them being here. The community here is really nice. We love how there are food trucks as well so we don’t have to think of any dinner ideas for that night. We also love the staff and how much they do for their residents. Vue 21 is amazing!

Moved in a couple months ago and have had a wonderful experience. Neighbors are friendly and the amenities are the nicest we’ve seen, really well kept up and if anything is unavailable for maintenance, you get prompt updates from the office via email. The location is also fantastic. We’re a seven minute walk from groceries, workouts and pub trivia. Highly recommend.

I've been living here for a little over 6 months now, and though my experience here has been overwhelmingly positive, there are a few looming pitfalls that should inspire malcontent: I am speaking to the occasional theft, vandalism, erratic payment systems, and general uncleanliness. I won't elaborate on any aforementioned items, however I do wonder if it's convenient for a business to have an arbitrary payment system that may contribute to the incurring of late fees, and if so, could that convenience be allocated to developing surveillance systems to perhaps vanquish or at least detor any scoundrelism? But, I haven't the gall to make such presuppositions. All in all, I love living here: the amenities are well kept and relevant, I like my neighbors, and my friends think I'm cool because of how great the space looks, so thank you for that!

We moved in January 21 and it has been great ever since. I love the weekly food trucks, the pool and gym are a huge plus. It’s so convenient. The Amazon packages right downstairs is my favorite! Any work orders we have put in have been resolved within a timely matter and the staff is great! They made it so easy to get everything in the apartment running and also helping with recommendations for activities and dinner in Colorado. Valeria in particular has been amazing! We will totally be extending our lease here at Vue21 :)

A beautiful place. My little family and I moved from California to Colorado Springs where my husband has been stationed. Vue has been a perfect fit for us and our two kids. The staff is fantastic and have been nothing but helpful to me. The amenities are great and I love the location. However, some of the other residents (and it’s probably very few of them given how many people live in the community) need some lessons in courtesy. Slamming doors, not picking up after their dogs, loud vehicles, and speaking loudly while in the breezeways and on the sidewalks are annoying. Also, this is not a non-smoking community, which makes leaving windows open in the summer almost impossible.

The maintenance staff is amazing! They are on top of everything and super easy to work with! The front office staff is good as well. The actual community seems to be young kids that get into trouble; fireworks being set off in parking lots, people jumping off of the roof into the pool, and people bringing glass to the pool over and over again. Honestly the location and area is amazing. There has been some great changes over the months with them managing the more disruptive tenants and taking care of the amenities. I think that the only issues still ongoing would be the lack of staff so many questions or problems take a while to get handled. I had some problems recently and contacted the staff numerous times and never heard back about it from Vue 21. Other than that though things are a lot better.

I love the apartment, the only thing keeping it from being perfect is people not cleaning up after their pets. I like the gym's on the property as well.

I love living here! The property is well maintained and whenever I have had a issue they have been quick to respond. The office staff have been friendly and kind whenever I have stopped in or needed to call.

We really enjoy going to the pool! It has a family feel and a lot of residents have dogs which is really nice also. I do wish there was more grass area for the dogs.

Love it here! It’s a nice location and there’s a lot of walking area in the neighborhood. The stairwells are a bit dirty, so I wish those would be cleaned more often.
